X-Pro is a computational tool designed to unravel the potential rotameric configurations that result from a point mutation within a protein structure. This tool harnesses the powerful functionalities of two readily accessible software programs: PyMOL and LigPlot. To initiate the mutation process, we employ PyMOL's "mutagenesis" wizard, which allows for the seamless substitution of specific amino acids within the protein of interest. Subsequently, we turn to LigPlot software to explore the interactions that transpire between the mutated amino acid and its neighbouring amino acids.
